The journey for the spiritual quest will begin from the foothill of the Himalayas where the founder of Buddhism, Gautam Buddha, was born in the 7th century. Lumbini, in southern Nepal, is a UNESCO World Heritage site and is a perfect destination for those who are interested in culture, religion, and archeology.

From the plain, the journey will continue towards the north to the city of lakes, Pokhara. The city known for various adventurous activities and views of the glorious Himalayas also has various Hindu and Buddhist temples, these temples too attract lots of pilgrimages from all over the world. The Taal Barahi (located on an island in the middle of the Fewa Lake) is accessible by boat to the island. Bindabashini Temple is another frequently visited temple in Pokhara that sees the footfall of hundreds of devotees every day.

The journey moves further north to the Muktinath temple situated amidst the mountains in Mustang. This Vishnu Temple is one of the world’s highest temples of the world at an altitude of 3,800m. This is a sacred temple for both Hindus and Buddhists. While Hindus know it as Muktinath, Buddhists call it Chumig Gyatsa.

On your arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport in Kathmandu, you are greeted by the coordinator in the arrivals area before being taken by taxi to the five-star Marriot Hotel Kathmandu.

Today you will travel to Buddha’s birthplace. When you arrive in Lumbini, you will visit the Buddha Maya Garden and meet with a Buddhist Guru for a discussion and question and answer session on Buddhism and its significance. Buddha, a symbol of peace and wisdom, was born 2500 years ago in Lumbini, as the light of Asia. He established Buddhism. Buddhism, for many individuals, transcends religion and is more of a life philosophy. Buddhism explains what life is all about. It also addresses apparent unfairness and inequity throughout the world and offers a code of practice or way of living that leads to ultimate happiness.

Today we depart from Lumbini to Chitwan by land. Barahi Jungle Lodge in Chitwan offers a variety of safari activities such as jungle hikes, canoeing, and elephant safaris. They allow you the experience of exquisite luxury in the panoramic jungles ornamented with the Rapti River as viewed from Barahi’s vantage point.
Through our experiences, we take great delight in increasing the relationship between nature and humanity. Before retiring for the night, we entertain you with cultural performances by the local performers, which you can enjoy snuggling by a bonfire.

After breakfast, you will have a full day of safari activities in Royal Chitwan National Park. If you’re lucky, you might get to see some amazing wildlife, including rhinoceroses, the majestic Bengal tigers of Chitwan, leopards, monkeys, and other deer and reptile species. To make sure you don’t miss any pictures, make sure your camera has a telephoto lens.

After breakfast, we travel by land from Chitwan to Pokhara. We have finalised our reservation at the Bar-Peepal resort in Pokhara.
Temple Tree is located near a lake, more specifically in the heart of Pokhara. Reputable Pokhara resort. Simply relax and unwind after checking into the hotel. We take you boating to Phewa Lake, and in the evening there is a small singing session with Pokhara local singers performing Hindi and Nepali music. Visitors are welcome to participate in any way they see fit.

Overnight stay at Hotel Bar-Peepal

Drop at Pokhara Airport early in the morning for your trip to Jomsom. Once in Jomsom, you will stay at Shintamani, an elite resort in Mustang Jomsom. Afternoon visits Muktinath Temple; we will give transportation to Muktinath Temple.

Fly to Kathmandu via Pokhara. You will be visiting the Pashupatinath Temple on the way to the Hotel. Pashupati is one of the most important Hindu Temples. Pashupati, ‘The Lord of Animal’is a manifestation of Shiva and the sacred Pashupati Temple is located on the banks of the holy Bagmati River. This temple has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1979. The temple premise consists of temples, ashrams, idols, and inscriptions added over centuries.

Overnight stay at Gokarna Forest Resort.

Today, visit Boudha Stupa and Bhaktapur Durbar Square.

Boudhanath, one of Nepal’s largest spherical stupas, is located on the outskirts of Kathmandu. This ancient Stupa stands atop a vast mandala. A bird’s eye perspective of the entire Stupa reveals the true magnificence of this stricter. Boudhanath is a UNESCO World Heritage Site with approximately 50 monasteries surrounding it.

Bhaktapur, the ‘City of Devotees,’ is the best preserved of the Valley’s three major mediaeval cities. Bhaktapur, a UNESCO World Heritage Site is without a doubt the cleanest city in the Valley, free of traffic and pollution. The traditional Newari way of life is more visible here, with narrow stone-paved pathways winding past red brick buildings, leading to hidden temples, water springs, and courtyards.

Then drive to Dhulikhel and check into Dushit Thani.
