On the first day of your arrival at TIA, Kathmandu, our representative and guide will meet you and accompany you to the hotel. After you arrive at the hotel, after a short rest and we will introduce you to your Yoga Teacher. During this meeting, your teacher will thoroughly brief you on Yoga, its benefits, and your daily yoga sessions included in this Yoga package.

Following breakfast, we will practice yoga under the guidance of your yoga instructor. Today, we will learn on below mentioned topics.

Following your yoga session, we will visit the Boudha Stupa, which is also a World Heritage Site. After our guide gives you a tour of the Stupa, a monk from the monastery will meet with you. You can have a one-on-one conversation with the monk about Buddhism or monastic life, and ask the monk any question you are curious about.

After visiting Bhaktapur Durbar Square, one of the Valley’s oldest Palace Squares, we return to the hotel.

Today’s afternoon excursion includes a visit to the Royal Palace Museum and an exciting rickshaw ride through the chaotically colourful Thamel Street. During the ride you will observe the daily lives of people living, working and visiting the Thamel District, which is also known as the tourist hotspot of the Valley.
