For those who travel across the world to experience something beyond nature and culture, then this is the perfect package filled with delicious offerings for their adventurous taste buds.  Nepali cuisines from different regions and indigenous groups are primarily based on recipes that are common in Indian subcontinents with little influence of Tibetan and Chinese cuisines. Nepali food is all about fresh produce, locally sourced aromatic herbs, and various spices, slowly cooked on a wood fire stove, which gives it a unique smoky flavor, which overall provides a distinct taste for the cuisines compared to the neighboring countries.

This package will give you the taste of authentic dishes from some of the well-loved local joints and popular high-end restaurants. Authentic Newari cuisine of the valley can be experienced at the restaurant that boasts a traditional setting, taking you back to the good old days. The most popular Daal Bhat a staple food for every one of Nepal can be enjoyed through an elaborated Thali that promises a royal experience. The Thakali food from the mountain cooked in the most authentic way and comforting Tibetan cuisine that traveled with the monks and Tibetans to Nepal can also be experienced during this tour. There will be more exotic and interesting offerings during the seven-day Gastronomical Adventure.

Traditional Nepali dishes are prepared using fresh and locally grown produce. They are flavorful and cooked in a very hygienic way. Nepali cuisine is distinct from Western food in taste and also in the way it is prepared. Nepali people consume food with their hands, which allows them to fully appreciate the flavours and textures of the dishes. When eating with hand all your 5 senses will be involved making it a one-of-a-kind experience. We also encourage our guests to try eating with their hands for the absolute Nepali food experience.
